If you know me you know how much I love to bake and I especially love to make a good cookie. But how can you beat a Lofthouse cookie? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm they are amazingly addictive so I thought they would make a great gift for the doctors. I made some fun pinwheels and stuck them on the box as a decoration. I read somewhere that you can gain weight just from salivating over a food (something to do with your body creating the insulin or some crap like that ha ha) so just by looking at this picture I think I have gained a pound or two.

shouldn't it be the opposite, salivating equals burning calories, hmm, not so much fair. those cookies are yummers, but you know me, I of course have the best sugar cookie recipe ever :) let me know if you want it!
