For my sister's birthday I wanted to make her a microwavable heat pack (because I had seen her borrow her neighbors). I had fun making this one. The outer cover is something that she is able to remove and wash. I was so excited with how this one turned out that I decided to make something similar for me. I used wheat as a filler and it actually holds the heat better than I expected. So here they are.
